Was only going to Svinesund for å few reasons; meat, N.O Explode and Jack3d... 4.500nok later I have; weight gainer, N.O Explode, Amino Acid, post workout mix, c-vitamins, lots of chicken, meats, eggs and PowerKing (New flavour, black)
If this don´t work, I don´t know what will :D
The seller at the health shop told me "Super Charged" was much better than the Jack3d, and that they are inn limited supply 2.000cans before they are not allowed anymore... so if you to want to test this, go there...

After not sleeping at all, I finally fell in a coma at 8:30am. Just when Helene went to work, and I didn't wake up until she got home around 4:30pm. In sort of a daze I got myself into the shower, we were invited to Helene's grandmothers birthday at 6pm so we were in some hurry. Must buy flowers, wheres the gift?!
Been hotdogs, soda, pizza, cakes, songs and a lot of good company the whole evening. For every bite of pizza and cakes my head tells me; this is not good for training... So I paused my brain and continued eating :D
Its always good coming there, always the best reception and long talks.

We have done the 30 day challenge from Jillian Michael's, Making the Cut! "The book is super great!!!" Helene lost 10.lb and I 8.lb during the first weeks of this one month of this program, and gained it again in the right places after two more weeks. I will recommend this book to everyone I know (and don't know) It worked for us, so it will probably work for you :)
The book tells you all you need to know on how to eat and gives you a full month of eating program and ofc the 1-30days of training program.
Last year I bought The 4 hour Body! This book gives you the know all on working out your body, how to build muscle, how to loose fat, how to eat right + tips on sleeping, sex, and a lot more.. interesting reading!
